For private and partitioned cremations, we follow strict tracking protocols from intake through cremation to ensure you receive only your pet’s ashes. Our Beloved Pet tracking system, along with detailed documentation, provides complete transparency and peace of mind. If you wish, you can receive updates via phone or email, including confirmation when your pet has been picked up and when the cremation process begins. Once the process is complete, you’ll receive a final phone call to let you know your pet is ready. A standard wood urn is included with our cremation service, but additional urns are available for purchase at the Shop link below.

Having partitions allows us to ensure that you only receive your pets cremated remains. Private cremation is the option for you to have only your pet present in the crematory during the cremation process.
